Overview

Aditum Capital is an investment institution regulated by the Saudi Arabia Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) to provide Advising Services, and is 100% owned by Aditum Investment Management Limited, regulated by the DFSA for the provision of Arranging Deals in Investments, Advising on Financial Products, Arranging Custody, Managing Collective Investment Funds, Managing Assets and Arranging Credit and Advising on Credit. Aditum Investment Management Limited holds an Islamic Endorsement to conduct Islamic Financial Business by Operating an Islamic Window.  Aditum Investment Management Limited is a company established in the DIFC pursuant to the DIFC Companies Law with registration number CL2833.

The Senior Management Team has extensive experience in tailoring investment products and vehicles for regional clients and are well versed, across jurisdictions, in fund structure set up, operations and management and governance with clearly defined investment objectives and policies.

    Chairman

    Natalie Boyd is a highly experienced Finance and Investment Management lawyer with more than two decades of expertise in conventional and Islamic capital markets, structured financings and hedging products, Middle Eastern investment solutions and Middle Eastern financial services regulations. Ms. Boyd has extensive UK, European and Middle Eastern experience, having advised global institutional clients for over two decades on complex, often ground-breaking products and structures.

    David Marshall

    Director

    David Marshall has more than two decades of experience in financial services, spending nearly 10 years with Old Mutual and approximately 12 years with Emirates NBD where he held a number of senior management positions including SEO of Emirates NBD Asset Management and General Manager, Products and Advisory for Emirates NBD Bank Wealth Management.

    Additionally, Mr. Marshall was Head of Products at Rasmala Investment Bank Limited for 18 months from April 2017. He has extensive experience of structuring conventional and Islamic financial products in a wide range of jurisdictions.

    Mr. Marshall also holds a BA from the University of London.

    Alexander Armstrong

    Director

    Alexander Armstrong has over 20 years of experience in structured finance, alternatives and financial innovation, formerly working at JPMorgan Chase where he was responsible for transaction advisory coverage in areas such as Global Emerging Markets DCM, Secondary Loan Trading, Leveraged Finance and Securitised Products Group.

    Mr. Armstrong’s most recent transaction history includes developing the region’s first European Islamic leveraged finance portfolio focusing mainly on the European mid-market and managing the liquidity program for QInvest LLC where he was formally Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions and Structured Finance. Mr. Armstrong also sat on the firm’s Management Board and Investment Committee.

    Chief Executive Officer & Head of Advising

    With a career spanning over 25 years in top-tier leadership roles, Mr. Bishri stands as a seasoned executive leader and strategist in investment and asset management. Mr. Bishri’s expertise lies in compliance, governance, business restructuring, and real estate. His career is marked by significant roles in prestigious firms such as SICO Capital, SHUAA Capital, Rasmala Investment Bank, and The Vestey Group (UK). His deep understanding of capital markets, honed over 15 years, encompasses aspects like compliance risk management, governance, strategy formulation, and business development.

    In the realm of product structuring, Mr. Bishri has demonstrated proficiency in mutual funds, public and private funds, discretionary portfolios, and real estate investment. His forward-thinking approach is evident in his engagement with Fintech system implementation, particularly in asset management and brokerage operating management systems.

    A leader with a global perspective, Mr. Bishri has navigated regulatory landscapes across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, interacting effectively with top-tier regulatory authorities. His tenure has seen him in roles varying from CEO to board member for several mutual funds, showcasing his versatile and robust leadership skills.

Natalie Boyd is a highly experienced Finance and Investment Management lawyer with more than two decades of expertise in conventional and Islamic capital markets, structured financings and hedging products, Middle Eastern investment solutions and Middle Eastern financial services regulations. Established in 2023, Aditum Capital (“AKSA or “Aditum”) offers a wide range of advisory services across multiple jurisdictions, in both developed and emerging markets. Aditum’s services span across all asset classes, such as structuring investment funds and portfolios, including alternative investments, shares, debt instruments, warrants, certificates, units, options, futures, contracts for differences, long term insurance contract, Islamic investments, and Islamic structuring services. These services are integrated within the firm’s core functions, ensuring clients receive tailored advice aligned with their investment objectives and risk parameters. Aditum registered persons can offer advice on various forms of securities including managed and non-discretionary portfolios, mutual funds and fixed income instruments. In all cases, the advice will be restricted to permitted securities as per the Authority regulations.

Aditum is a not a member of any exchanges, clearing centers or depositaries. However, it may advise clients in making investments and securities that have been listed on the markets and exchanges referenced below.
